In addition to his work at DSD, Lance is a principal dancer at Patti Rutland Jazz in Dothan, Alabama. He also works as a teacher and mentor in the PRJ Outreach Program. He teaches at various studios in Dothan, Enterprise, and Panama City, and works as a hip hop choreographer for many groups in the Southeast.

Lance made it through the choreography round on the hit television series So You Think You Can Dance in 2010, and he was sent straight through to Vegas in 2012 on the show! His professional hip-hop training came from Maurice Fulkon in Chicago and Joshua Allen in Texas.

Professional credits include industrial television work in Chicago and Panama City. National awards in choreography include the Platinum Power Award from Platinum National Dance Competition which also earned his crew the opportunity to be featured on the front cover for the Platinum Dance Convention brochure.
