Leah DeRamus Arkle

Leah DeRamus Arkle has been teaching at Dothan school of Dance for 4 years. She teaches all styles of dance, but her favorite styles are Musical Theatre, Modern and Contemporary. She also loves coaching the Starz dance teams at DSD.

Carla Birmingham

Before joining the Enterprise School of Dance, Carla Birmingham owned Dance Continuum in Dallas for over 18 years. Her former students have gone on to attend Juilliard, Suny Purchase, N.Y.U, and Point Park Universities. Joneisha “JoJo” Carmichael

Joneisha “JoJo” Carmichael, is a native of Dothan AL, and has been a committed and hard–working dancer for the past 16 years. Anna Dailey

Anna Dailey is a Troy University graduate with a B.S. degree in Pre-Professional Biology. She has been on staff with DSD since 2014. She is employed with Dothan Pediatric Healthcare Network as the Marketing Coordinator. Anna resides in Headland with her husband, Todd and her two children, Ty and Emily Kayte.

Lindsey McKay

Lindsey McKay teaches at DSD and performs as a guest artist with Southeast Alabama Dance Company. She has danced with the company since she was six years old. Some of her favorite roles were Cinderella, Zazu from the Lion King; Clara, Snow Queen, Dew Drop and Sugarplum Fairy from The Nutcracker.

Amy Gatlin

Amy’s love for dance began at the age of 2 when she started classes at Dothan School of Dance. She began competing with her studio at age 7 and won numerous regional and national awards. Amy performed with Southeast Alabama Dance Company beginning at age 6 and became a company member at age 11.
